Michelle Ross (PG Dip Mgt (HRM), MAHRI)
Michelle Ross is a HR professional with over 15 years experience in HR, middle management and supervisory roles. Drawing on practical experience and best practice knowledge, she is committed to working collaboratively with clients to develop HR solutions to effectively meet their unique needs and challenges. Key roles in dynamic public sector agencies have provided Michelle with practical experience in understanding and working within unique cultures to effectively transition and review change management strategies in the workplace.
Michelle has coached managers and supervisors on managing work performance issues, engaging employees and preventing negative workplace behaviours. Michelle is experienced in undertaking organisational reviews, job redesign, developing position descriptions and developing and implementing HR policy at both organisational and operational levels.
Rachel Collis MB BS (Lond.), MIAMA, Cert. Comm. (ASCA)
Rachel is a former consultant psychiatrist with experience in leadership positions in both England and Australia, she now specialises in providing human resource development services to large public and private sector organisations. A facilitator/trainer/presenter since 2002, Rachel is a proven performer in achieving long term tangible results with both individuals and teams. She is trained in solution focussed and positive psychology approaches to creating positive outcomes.
Rachel is also the director of RJC Consulting (Australia) pty ltd.
